Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Procurement & Inputs function and implementing facilities under input & extension activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase milk procurement volume and achieve growth targets.
  • Establish new chilling centers to improve milk handling and storage facilities, ensuring they meet optimal performance standards.
  • Monitor and analyze milk quality parameters, including average fat and SNF percentages, to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Optimize procurement processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dairy farmers to promote best practices and improve milk production, developing and implementing farmer training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • SOURCE high-quality feed supplements to dairy farmers, providing veterinary services to ensure animal health and well-being.
  • Ensure that all milk procurement and processing activities comply with food safety and quality standards, implementing HACCP and GMP protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve regional goals and objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
