Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the Indian market while supporting global branding efforts. This role requires an understanding of regional market trends, cultural nuances, and digital platforms popular in India. You will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and portfolio companies to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans for the Indian market in alignment with global brand strategies.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging across digital, print, and event channels relevant to India.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as , Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and region-specific platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies within India.
- Support portfolio companies in India with branding, campaigns, and marketing best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and networking opportunities in India.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in finance, private equity, or investment-related sectors.
- Proven success in developing campaigns for the Indian market.
- Deep understanding of India's digital landscape, including SEO, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regional compliance and advertising regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
