Job Title: Senior Client Service Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage and grow client relationships as a Senior Client Service Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, and leading high-performing account teams.

  • Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring timely campaign delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for creating comprehensive social media content calendars, analyzing social media reports, and executing online reputation management (ORM) on social media using various tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Assist with the development of compelling presentations for campaigns, detailed reports, and comprehensive content calendars.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
