About Digital Marketing Role

We are a leading provider of digital marketing services, serving international clients with expertise in search, programmatic, data engineering, and ecommerce.

The role will involve managing resources, client relationships, performance evaluation, and escalation management. You will drive team adherence to internal/external tools and processes.

  • Optimize resource utilization and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Maintain quality delivery according to defined service level agreements
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Keep team motivated through regular check-ins and engagement activities
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills for various audiences
  • Take ownership of team/client management, performance monitoring, and reviews
  • Have end-to-end campaign management experience in running paid ads on social media platforms
  • Analyze industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies
  • 1-5 years of experience in paid social advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads
  • Team and client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expertise in search engine optimization
  • Effective time management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
