Job Summary:
Akshayakalpa Organic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Akshayakalpa Client Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and communicate effectively with customers through regular calls, emails, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Communicate effectively with customers through regular calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve products and services
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the organic industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Salary:
A competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
