Lead Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and management of our HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HR systems, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions, is required.

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Direct the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where necessary, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are highly desirable.
  • 12-15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Oracle HCM implementation and project management, and knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle.
