Human Resources Leader

Incygys Group is expanding its teams. We are looking for a dynamic HR leader who can drive people initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical, sales, and operations roles.
  2. Performance Management: Implement frameworks to monitor performance reviews with department heads.
  3. Employee Engagement & Retention: Design engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives to ensure strong HR connect through regular touchpoints.
  4. Compliance & HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  5. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to align learning initiatives with organizational growth.
  6. Strategic Partnering: Work closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  1. Recruitment – Ensure timely closure of positions.
  2. KPI Management – Successful implementation and monitoring of performance frameworks.
  3. Employee Retention – Reduce attrition rates and improve employee satisfaction.
  4. HR Operations – Error-free payroll inputs and 100% statutory compliance.
  5. Team Management – Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and performance management systems.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
