Job Title: Oracle Fusion HR Functional Consultant

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hire to Retire Cycle in Human Capital Management (HCM) and be able to demonstrate their expertise in implementing end-to-end HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring Core HR settings, including Workflows, Personalization, and Security
  • Designing Organizational Structures and setting up Enterprise Structure, Reference Data Sets, Legal Entities, PSU, LDG, Business Units, and Workforce Structures
  • Setting up Jobs, Positions, Grades, Grade Ladders, and Position Synchronization
  • Implementing Position Management, Position Budgeting, Position Hierarchy, and Approvals using Positions
  • Configuring Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) and Extensible Flex Fields (EFF)
  • Setting up Document of Records and configuring Roles, Security Profiles, and AORs
  • Configuring checklists/journeys in Core HR
  • Familiarity with data loading using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) and data mapping from legacy systems
  • Knowledge of basic tables in Core HR and experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM
  • Experience in implementing at least 5 end-to-end HCM solutions
  • Strong working experience in Core HR configuration
  • Expertise in setting up Workflows, Personalization, and Security
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and team player attitude
