Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human capital initiatives and drive strategic people plans.
This key role will oversee pivotal HR functions, foster employee engagement, and collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management, rewards and recognition programs, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition (R&R) programs.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- 8-12 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
- Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (preferably JobDiva).
- Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
