Job Title: Cloud-Based Human Capital Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud-Based Human Capital Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting cloud-based Human Capital Management systems.

  • Gathering requirements and configuring core HR and benefits modules
  • Providing end-user training and liaison services for cloud implementation and support projects

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM functional roles and overall 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant, with at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on Oracle Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules
  • Ability to work on all phases of a project, including demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validation, transition, realization, production support, etc.

Bonus Skills:

  • Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications
  • Effective analytical skills & organizational skills
  • Strong command over spoken & written English
  • Ability to manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
