Drive Investor Success as a Senior Fundraising Professional

This leadership role is focused on developing and executing the investor relations and fundraising strategy for a listed technology company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, banks, and potential capital providers.
- They will also drive equity and debt fundraising processes, including preparation of materials, due diligence coordination, and managing investor outreach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the company's investor relations and fundraising strategy.
- Leading all investor communications, including quarterly results, earnings calls, presentations, and reports.
- Partnering with leadership to shape messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or investor relations with proven exposure to fundraising.
- A strong understanding of capital markets, transaction structuring, and valuation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CA, or CFA degree.
