Job Description
Develop and execute the company's investor relations and fundraising strategy.Lead all investor communications including quarterly results, earnings calls, presentations, and reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, banks, and potential capital providers.Drive equity and debt fundraising processes, including preparation of materials, due diligence coordination, and managing investor outreach.Partner with leadership to shape messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth plans.Track sell-side analyst coverage, peer bench-marking, and market trends to provide insights to management.Support capital markets events, investor roadshows, and board-level discussions.The Successful Applicant
7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or investor relations with proven exposure to fundraising.Strong understanding of capital markets, transaction structuring, and valuation.Demonstrated ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to engage senior leadership, global investors, and external advisors with confidence.MBA/CA/CFA strongly preferred.-
