Responsibilities:
At this position, scrum master has to coordinate among Business teams, Development team and Business analysts located at different locations and working in different time zones.

Need to bring the right stakeholders on one forum and conduct ceremonies and maintain a balance so that teammates are not overwhelmed with meetings.

The person should be focused on removing impediments and doesn’t restrict himself/herself to checking status of the stories.

Need to maintain scrum board and build various dashboards and reports to improve productivity.

Implementation of agile principles and best practices.

Needs to ensure a continuous pipeline of delivery is built.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in computers.

4 to 6 years of experience as Scrum Master.

Should know JIRA tool very well and should be well versed in building dashboards and reports.

Having certifications related to Agile scrum master will be an added advantage.

Having experience of managing sprints for Finance projects will be an added advantage.

Must possess strong communication skills.
