Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develops strategies for business-critical solutions
- Participates on cross functional teams and provides technical leadership and consulting
- Responsible for the management of key project milestones and program deliverables
- Provide program linkage to external partners and internal business partners
- Adhere to key project milestones, program deliverables and audit guidelines
- Improve product quality by identifying defects & implementing product enhancements
- Coordinate & lead in-depth system acceptance testing
- Prepare deployment and transition readiness plans
- Prepare business processes, training collateral and deliver training to global users

Basic Requirements
- BS / BE / BTech / MCA in MIS, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Seven years or more Services related industry experience
- Results oriented, able to solve complex analytical problems and provide recommendations
- Self-motivation, customer focused orientation
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- SAFe Agile Training & Certification
- Ability to travel domestic and international (15%)
