Responsibilities:
- Implemented and managed Oracle Identity Manager for automated user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Developed custom connectors and event handlers in Java.
- Design and implement extensive Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) related activities that includes Delivery and implementation of OIM solutions.
- Understanding business requirements and/or problems and proposing appropriate OIM solutions
- Conducting IAM assessments
- Performing migration of legacy IAM technologies to OIM technology stack across MFA, SSO, IGA, SSPR, Groups Management
- Developing IAM strategic advisory and road-map.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating priorities and complex technical concepts into clear and understandable objectives, while ensuring successful delivery of the modernization initiative
- Developing sound working relationships across the teams in NCR Atleos.
- Building and sharing knowledge assets through executed engagements, industry connects, research and development.
- Supporting activities such as Proof-of-Concept, proposal presentations, Due-Diligence, solution campaigns, etc.
- Connect with other colleagues through collaboration and mentoring.
- Defining maturity model and conducting maturity assessments
- Well-versed with agile and DevOps principles, embedding security throughout CI/CD process
- Have an analytical mindset to process large volumes of user data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
- Perform ongoing security enhancements, testing and validation to ensure robust and functional security across all environments.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product, to simplify, streamline, consolidate and automate inefficient and poorly integrated business systems and processes. This includes integration of AI driven capabilities and data analytics to detect process inefficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AIM, enterprise technology solutions, and development methodologies to keep NCR Atleos at the forefront of innovation.

Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum IAM experience: Over 7 + years which includes technology implementation, upgrades, migration, architecting and IAM processes build
- Must have technology experiences: Azure AD, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
- Excellent understanding of RBAC
- Experienced in transforming manual user & access management processes to automated ones using IAM technologies.
- Configuration, Administration & Design experience on any some of the following areas:

- Identity Management
- Access Governance
- Access Management
- Advanced/Adaptive Authentication
- Directory Services
- Federated Authentication and Identity Management
- Other IAM technologies experience for the above includes but not limited to:

- IAM Suites of Okta, Sailpoint, Oracle, Ping, ForgeRock, Microfocus/NetIQ, CA, IBM, Transmit Security, CallSign, Saviynt
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- JavaScript or API development background
- Other preferred IAM skills include (IAM Connectors & Plugins development background).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of automated SDLC and CI/CD processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
