- Responsible for product success by ensuring product creates value for users and the organization
- Perform ongoing refinement and prioritization of the product backlog
- Lead the breakdown of product backlog items into stories/ tasks
- Provide story/ task definitions and acceptance criteria
- Lead iteration planning for each sprint with the project team
- Provide final approval on sprint backlog developed by the scrum team before each sprint
- Provide final approval on story completion
- Act as main point of contact between stakeholders (organizational, customer and industry) and the project team regarding development feedback and direction
- Participate in daily scrums with the project team
- Report on progress to management and stakeholders
- Participate in sprint review meetings and sprint retrospective meetings
- Participate in product backlog reviews with the scrum team
- Prepare the initial product backlog for review by the product team
- Manage prioritization, publishing, and refinement of the product backlog
- Prioritize user stories for sprint planning
- Provide daily access to project team for story clarification
- Check product backlog to determine all stakeholder requirements are listed and communicated to the project team
- Meet with the scrum master to review the agile process and identify opportunities for improvements
- Attend conferences to maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments related to the product
- Research and analyze product user data to identify product improvement opportunities
Job skills and certifications

**Responsibilities**
- Should prepare users stores, which have details of technical requirements as well.
- ensure deliver as per business expectation and with agility.
- Should provide UAT support.
- Should lead project review meetings to gain business confidence.

**Skill Profile**
- Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like HTML5/CSS3, AngularJS, React etc.
- Strong technical skills in JAVA, shell script, Oracle (PL/SQL),and devops (Jenkins, SonarQube, maven).
- certification as Production Owner or Scrum Master preferred.
- Strong telecom background
- Strong troubleshooting skills on unix platform and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.
