Associate Product Owner

**About the Role**:

**The Role**: Associate Product Owner
**The Team**: The Customer Experience Product team works closely with Client Services, Sales, Operations, and users across the organization. The team acts as a bridge between internal users and Technology to ensure that requirements are captured, prioritized, executed and delivered to a high quality.

**Responsibilities**:
Support Product Owners and senior team members in delivering high-profile, high-impact initiatives within Commodity Insight.
Assist in gathering and analyzing user and data requirements.
Collaborate with users to understand their needs and provide input on system refinements.
Engage with the broader Product team to ensure alignment across initiatives and leverage existing technology.
Work closely with Change Management to support go-to-market strategies for product rollouts and launches.
Assist project sponsors, internal customers, Technology, and Finance by supporting the preparation of project approvals, scope definition, budget management, and health status reporting for project lifecycles.
Monitor industry trends and user feedback under guidance to inform product enhancements and innovations.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
**What we’re looking for**:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Associate Product Owner, or super user role, with exposure to agile methodology.
Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, coupled with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in translating business requests into clear technical requirements, with guidance.
Ability to prioritize and assist with multiple projects simultaneously, particularly under tight deadlines.
