**Job Description: Product Owner**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear and actionable roadmap.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, engineers, designers, and product managers, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Agile Methodology: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement necessary improvements.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product management tools esp Jira.
- Passion for technology and a desire to build innovative products.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with user research and user experience design.
- Experience with product lifecycle management.
- CSPO certification or similar

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
