Job Requirement
- Experience of having worked on Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience in SQL, Azure Cloud and Power BI - Minimum of 3-4 years of IT experience.
- 1-2 of Experience on Kafka is must.
- Good Knowledge and experience on Databricks.
- Troubleshooting knowledge on Azure Data factory, Github would be given preference.
- Hands on experience on SQL performance tuning.
- Understanding of database concepts including writing SQL statements.
- Excellent understanding of the processes around 24X7 operations
- Understanding on Service Now Incident management process will be preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the day-to-day management of the Extract, Transform and Load jobs:

- Monitoring of the Jobs
- Ensuring the defined SLAs of the ETL jobs are met
- Provide level 2 tier support to all the users on issues
- Doing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of issues along with resolving them
- Working in night shifts
- Should be good team player.
- Following all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
