As our Face-to-Face Fundraising Representative, you will work in various community settings, markets, and public spaces to connect with potential donors, share our story, and inspire them to support our cause through regular monthly donations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDonor Engagement & Fundraising

• Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities in assigned locations including markets, shopping centers, community events, and high-traffic public areas
• Engage members of the public in meaningful conversations about our foundation's mission and impact
• Present donation opportunities and secure monthly direct debit commitments from new supporters
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
• Maintain detailed records of all donor interactions and donations using our donor management system

Relationship Building

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential donors through professional and friendly interactions
• Provide excellent customer service to all supporters and maintain positive relationships
• Follow up with new donors to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term commitment
• Represent the foundation with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

Campaign Management

• Participate in organized fundraising campaigns and community events
• Set up and maintain attractive, informative fundraising displays and materials
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective fundraising goals
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Compliance & Reporting

• Adhere strictly to all fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines
• Ensure all donor data is collected and processed in compliance with privacy laws
• Submit accurate daily and weekly activity reports
• Maintain professional conduct and follow organizational policies at all times

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th) or Graduate degree preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, marketing, customer service, or fundraising preferred
• Previous experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising is highly desirable

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales Ability: Proven ability to engage people and influence positive decisions
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation
