About the Role:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, adhering to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.">
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HR systems, guaranteeing up-to-date information at all times.">
- Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate smooth employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including promotions and other payroll-impacting changes.">
- Handle various payroll components, including deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and compensation-related adjustments.">
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for internal use and external audits, providing essential insights into financial operations.">
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.">
- Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.">
- Assist with year-end activities such as tax form distribution (e.g., W-2), maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.">
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, adapting to new developments and emerging best practices.">
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, emphasizing theoretical foundations and practical applications.">
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.">

- Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and industry standards.">
