Job Title: Sales Executive - Swiss German

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative relationship-focused approach.
  • Business Development: Build a sustainable environment for growth within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop long-term strategies while staying aware of competitor activities.
  • Sales Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Proposals & Profitability: Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals with a strong focus on driving profitability.
  • Sales Targets: Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Activity Management: Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline and ongoing activities.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve incoming customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Solid sales background ideally in B2B environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C2) with Swiss German being a big plus and professional-level English.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Channel Experience: Previous experience working with sales channels is highly preferred.
  • Sales Savvy: Prior experience in B2B sales with a keen understanding of business strategies.
