Job Title: Sales Executive - Swiss German
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative relationship-focused approach.
- Business Development: Build a sustainable environment for growth within your portfolio of accounts.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and develop long-term strategies while staying aware of competitor activities.
- Sales Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Proposals & Profitability: Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals with a strong focus on driving profitability.
- Sales Targets: Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Activity Management: Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline and ongoing activities.
- Customer Support: Respond to and resolve incoming customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Solid sales background ideally in B2B environments.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (C2) with Swiss German being a big plus and professional-level English.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Channel Experience: Previous experience working with sales channels is highly preferred.
- Sales Savvy: Prior experience in B2B sales with a keen understanding of business strategies.
