Telecommunications Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Telesales Executive to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction at Square Yards. The ideal candidate will utilize inbound and outbound calls to achieve sales targets, leveraging cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, as well as maintaining accurate call records.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve complaints. Additionally, a top-performing Telesales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts and maintain exceptional knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Implement and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Utilize sales scripts and tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a degree in marketing, communications, or business administration preferred.
