Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Initial and Final closing documents.

  • Greet clients and provide information on the mortgage process.
  • Review loan packages and create initial and subsequent closing disclosures.
  • Coordinate with title and settlement agents to ensure timely closings.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in preparing Initial and Final closing documents.
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts.
  • Medium-high degree of familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Responsibilities:

  • Request fees from settlement agents and perform fee analysis.
  • Prepare preliminary closing disclosure.
  • Issue initial closing disclosures/re-disclosures to clients.
  • Review flood insurance/flood certifications, title commitment, ownership of deed, loan approval, tax cert, and preliminary closing disclosures.
  • Closely monitor individual closing pipeline, workload, and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency.
  • Review power of attorneys (POA).
  • Review cash to close.
  • Create closing documents and monitor required waiting periods.
  • Request preclosing audit prior to closing.
  • Deliver final closing documents.
  • Review final closing documents and clear to fund.
