Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Construction Project Coordinator to manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects.

  • This role will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules, including milestones and deadlines, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, highlighting any deviations or issues that need attention.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any field issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in ICI projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex project issues.
