Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial projects, client-centric operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover\
  • Apply value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms\
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures\
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Document minutes and communicate risk mitigation plans\
  • Utilize construction management tools/software\
  • Travel to other cities for project handling (if necessary)\
  • Manage multiple projects with accuracy\
  • Ensure partners adhere to specified makes and models during construction\
  • Cooperate with different teams for project delivery\

Skillset Required:

  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations\

Experience Requirements:

  • Project management professional with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry\
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background\

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree required\
  • Graduation through full-time day course mandatory\
  • Specialization in MEP a must\
