About this Role:

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead our tech projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on managing multiple projects simultaneously, including Zoho CRM, Website Development, and sales tools. You'll work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and our CTO to drive project success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to meet customer needs.
  • Translate sales and marketing requirements into actionable tasks to drive project progress.
  • Test and validate deployments to guarantee quality and stability.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, and release notes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct weekly project status reviews to track progress and address any concerns.
  • Suggest process improvements and automations to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and its applications.
  • Understanding of web basics, including HTML, CMS, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion.
  • Strong task management and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Zoho Flow.
  • Vendor management experience.
