Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents;
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects;
  • Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans;
  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
  • Providing regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management;

This role requires a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is essential. Additionally, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
