Job Summary

We seek a finance professional to collaborate closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy.

  • Prepare MIS reports in various formats, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring efficient Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and liaise with Income Tax departments, while independently preparing Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, and apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, communicating fluently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
