Senior Civil Engineering Manager

The Senior Civil Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction and fit-out of new showrooms, as well as ensuring adherence to launch plans. He or she will lead the project's team at Khazana.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and site engineers to ensure timely execution of expansion plans. Key responsibilities include coordinating and obtaining Government Final Certification (GFC) for project sites, coordinating with internal stakeholders for design, materials, and Quality Survey (QS) reports, and ensuring timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with approved parameters.
The successful candidate will oversee civil and interiors works across multiple locations, plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction, review progress regularly with the team, and adopt best practices to ensure interior works perfection. Additionally, he or she will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) to track and update new store launch progress, and update senior management on new stores progress and escalate issues as needed.
