Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced infrastructure development manager to oversee the construction of various projects.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in commercial interiors, and the ability to work alongside various professionals.
  • Responsibilities include managing different aspects of project delivery, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, and compiling reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing resources, ensuring site safety, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Preparing cost estimates and procuring necessary materials and tools.
  • Providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements on particular projects.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Developing project schedules and communicating adjustments to crew members and clients.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where necessary.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Interiors, especially in Commercial environments.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Additional certifications or licenses may be beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
