Senior Land Development Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in creating detailed plans for land development based on thorough calculations and research.

They should be proficient in utilizing strong design skills to create visual aids, with experience working with AutoCAD being highly desirable.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will need to effectively execute projects based on set criteria.

The senior land development engineer will work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs, preparing key documents such as bills of quantity, project estimates, and tender documents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing project timelines and designs with project managers
  • Preparing bill of quantity, project estimate, and tender documents
  • Checking work onsite against drawings
  • Monitoring site progress physically and financially
  • Ensuring quality of materials and workmanship
  • Daily reporting and communication with clients and site engineers
  • Cross-checking drawings with architecture and technical aspects

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a civil-related company

Requirements:

  • Willingness to visit sites
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and English language
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
