Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer retention and engagement at Industrybuying. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns to drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, data analysis, and customer insights. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth
- Identify and segment customer needs to optimize journeys and deliver impactful experiences across the sales funnel and post-purchase phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and enhance the overall customer experience
- Track and analyze key CRM metrics such as retention %, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value to refine strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier I-II institution with strong academics
- Skilled in email, push, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
- Strong grasp of segmentation and targeting for personalized communication
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap (preferred) or MoEngage
