We are seeking a visionary Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audience acquisition strategies for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns across industries.
This is a senior role requiring strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement.
- Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:
