Senior Director of Operational Excellence

This is a challenging opportunity to drive growth and performance by developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, plans, and procedures. Key responsibilities include establishing clear goals and objectives for performance and growth, aligning with the company's vision and mission.

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement business strategies to drive growth and performance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Leadership: Lead employees to encourage maximum performance, dedication, and job satisfaction.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also participate in expansion activities, such as investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances, to drive growth and innovation. You will manage relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the maritime industries, including ship repair and upgradation.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
