Executive Director of Corporate Development

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to drive our company's growth strategy through strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. M&A Strategy & Target Identification
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies prioritizing strategic partnerships or joint ventures.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis for potential targets.
Deal Execution
  • Analyze and prepare detailed valuations and investment memos.
  • Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
Transaction Structuring & Negotiations
  • Structure deals ensuring alignment with legal and tax requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  • Plan and execute effective integration with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate across functions for deal alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle
