Strategic Initiatives Director

This is a senior leadership role responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
- Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
- Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
- Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
- Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
- Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement
- Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.
- Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
- Team Leadership
- Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
- Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.
