Overview:

The Associate Director Leasing position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by optimizing rental income and occupancy levels across assigned portfolios. This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in marketing and leasing, coupled with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to enhance revenue streams and occupancy rates.
  • Lead the leasing team, providing guidance and support in securing new tenancies, identifying market segments, and prospects.
  • Conduct market analysis, including competitor research and benchmarking, to inform rental and occupancy strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to prepare and review annual rental budgets and forecasts.
  • Deliver regular updates on market trends, supply, demand, pricing, competition, and market positioning for assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, or Business Marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, coupled with an extensive network of contacts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
