Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of HR, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and new hire onboarding.
- Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain employee engagement strategies, including training programs, employee recognition, and company-wide events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
