Key Role:

1. HR Data & Systems

  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data compliance, and manage lifecycle data.
  • Conduct regular HRIS audits.

2. HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding, payroll inputs, leave, and attendance.
  • Liaise with teams/vendors for compliance and streamline processes and share timely reports.

3. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity) and support policy implementation.

4. HR Projects

  • Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, wellness programs, and training coordination.

5. Employee Relations

  • Resolve HR-related queries and promote a positive workplace culture.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate reports on headcount, attrition, payroll, and attendance.
  • Provide insights for data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for:

  • Min 6 Years of Experience in core HR Operations
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Masters/PG in HR or related field is compulsory.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools.

Offered Salary: Upto 7-8 LPA

(If Shortlisted, you will receive hike on your current CTC, not necessarily the amount mentioned as offered)
