About this role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage existing key accounts and drive new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, electronic security, and surveillance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing government and enterprise accounts, CRM operations, and lead generation. They will be responsible for relationship management, opportunity mining, techno-commercial proposals, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts (PSUs, Government Departments, and Enterprise Clients).
  • Handle client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture new leads through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and BOMs as needed.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure proactive engagement with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Key Account Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, electronic security, and surveillance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
