Job Title: GSA-Front Office

At Grand Mercure Bangalore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including room assignments, check-in and check-out procedures, and guest services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve front office operations and enhance guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in front office operations and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
