Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director who will drive our sales strategy and contribute to long-term product direction and evolution. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, commercial acumen, and excellent networking capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales strategies by closely working with senior leaders and contributing to long-term product direction and evolution.
  • Understand the prospect's business environment and communicate our value proposition leveraging lending domain skills and product expertise.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Builtrusting and long-term relationships with key and strategic Client contacts who will serve as positive referrals for new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of notable sales achievements either as leadership or individual contributor experience.
  • Proven track record of sales and achievement of sales targets in the BFS sectors preferably in the lending vertical.
  • Strong commercial sense to clearly identify the product suite's competitive differentiation and value proposition.
  • Relationship & Communication: Possess leadership skills, influence, and excellent networking capability.
  • Business & Technical Skills: Good understanding of financial services and lending domain covering loan products across retail, corporate, and commercial line of businesses.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
