Job Opportunity


We are seeking a strategic Human Resources leader to build and lead the HR function for our India branch. This pivotal role involves designing the HR framework from scratch, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and developing policies and processes to support business growth and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and systems for the India office.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring, employer branding, and structured onboarding programs.
• Foster a positive work culture, address grievances, and promote employee engagement.
• Create appraisal systems, KPIs, and career progression frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning and development programs.
• Maintain HR metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a setup or expansion environment.- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.- Proven ability to build HR processes and frameworks from scratch.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and influence at all levels.
