Job Title: Organizational Culture Strategist

The Organizational Culture Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, driving HR initiatives, and aligning strategic objectives with business outcomes. This position requires a balance of visionary thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments.
  • Manage employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, compensation & benefits, and HR data management.
  • Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
  • Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in HR systems, payroll, and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Location: Mumbai. Flexible working hours with occasional travel as required by the business.
