We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a strategic leadership role. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience, including 3+ years leading mid-size businesses, with generalist exposure across all organizational elements.

  • Driving talent strategy for hiring the right personnel, promoting Rewards and Recognition programs, and ensuring the right compensation and benefits Strategy.
  • Coaching senior line managers in driving the talent agenda across businesses, succession planning, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, respected for their technical expertise and business acumen. They will also coach/drive senior leadership team on key processes, drive cultural change, and foster diversity and inclusion within the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the P&O Head India and commercial business leadership team to develop and implement a cohesive organizational strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy, setting and achieving regularly updated performance goals based on business priorities.

The ideal candidate should possess a mix of experience across multinational/global corporations with complex matrix environments and have a strong ability to establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
