Job Title: Sales Workforce Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization as a Sales Workforce Strategist. This role will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HRBP roles with Sales/Marketing workforces and an MBA in HR or a related field. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong data analytics and HR dashboarding capability, and the ability to engage and influence a diverse sales workforce.

This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking and planning, execution, and analytical skills to drive organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Sales Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.
  • Implementing and optimizing sales incentive policies, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Driving employee engagement and HR Connects across geographies.
  • Resolving employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintaining HR analytics, dashboards, and sales policy benchmarking.
  • Leading initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, performance management, and compensation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective HR strategy execution, talent hiring and retention within timelines, and strong employee engagement and relations. They will also have high agility, change management, result orientation, and employee care.
