Job Title: Senior HR Strategist

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Master's Degree in HRM or MBA from a reputable institution/university.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR consulting experience in a Big 4 firm or a HR project-based organization of international repute.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to drive and coach engagement delivery project teams.

Flair for client relationship and networking for business development.

Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly.
