We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Strategist to join our team in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall business objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will champion employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy and global initiatives.
  • Facilitate organizational change management efforts by leading structural planning and reorganization initiatives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
