We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to networking and internet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat by responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity faults and device activation steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes, including device purchases, onboarding, and activation fees.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track customer interactions, concerns, and resolution steps.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ISP or networking-related customer support with a strong understanding of routers, network protocols, hotspots, or similar infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
